Some songs, from the moment you first hear them, stay with you forever.
Without these songs I don't think I'd be making the type of music I make, or making music at all for that matter.
So why change them???
Lyrically, these songs have stood the test of time, they still touch me and mean so much, but I am older now, my mood has changed and I'm a very different person to when I was a teenager.
I hope I have kept the essence of the original version's but reimagined them as to not distract, but to re-evaluate what they mean to me.

I may add to this project from time to time, if inspiration strikes.

Thanks to all the original writers and to Daniel Angelus for his incredible vocal on Love Needs No Disguise (we did well didn't we).

I'm not a song writer. I'm drawn to moods but if a song comes out of it, that’s fine.
When I started this project it became evident very early on that this material was very different to anything I had produced in the past. This ended up being one of the most freeing musical projects I have ever worked on, more honest and representative of where I am at this time in my life.
